Cholo Simeone could make some changes compared to the line-up against Mallorca. Players like Alvaro Morata, Rodrigo De Paul, Saul and Stefan Savic could return in the starting eleven.

Celta Vigo are very close to securing their survival in the league. The team is currently 8 points above Cadiz and the relegation zone. Two wins in the last three matches helped them move up and breathe more freely.

Last weekend Celta achieved their 8th win for the season. Claudio Giraldez’ team hosted Villarreal and did the work at the Balaidos – 3-2. The visitors played almost the whole game with 10 men on the pitch, and that helped. Iago Aspas, Strand Larsen and Douvikas scored for the hosting team. Celta needed that win and they made enough effort in order to get it.
